Galaxy Note has managed to appeal to a lot of people, and Samsung has just confirmed that over one million devices have been already sold.

The handset was unveiled to the world in early September and reached shelves in late October, but showed good performance for a phone / tablet hybrid device.

At the moment, the handset is available for purchase in a series of markets in Europe and Asia, such as France, Germany, Taiwan and Hong Kong, where it registered steady growth since launch.

Samsung is also set to make the smartphone available for purchase in a wider range of markets in the near future, and the United States is one of them.

The handset vendor did not offer specific info on when the release would take place, but did confirm its availability there.
