As September approaches, more and more evidence for the existence of the Galaxy Note III smartphone is making its way to the web, and it seems that Samsung’s upcoming large device has made it online once again, with LTE connectivity packed inside.

Supposedly set to make an official appearance at the IFA 2013 trade show in Berlin on September 4, Galaxy Note III was spotted in AnTuTu with a Snapdragon 800 processor, support for LTE networks and model number SM-N9005 attached.

Running under Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, the smartphone features a 2.3GHz CPU, yet shows lower benchmarking scores than what the chip can deliver, SamMobile notes.

The upcoming device is also rumored to arrive on shelves with 3GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back, support for LTE-A and a better TouchWiz UI loaded on top of Android.
