Samsung’s Galaxy Note III is slowly nearing its official unveiling and release date, and has started to emerge at various certification forums out there in preparation for that.

The Android-based phone has already been spotted at the Bluetooth SIG, where it received the necessary approvals en route to Japanese mobile phone carrier NTT DOCOMO, yet other info on it has been provided, as Android Police notes.

Previous rumors on it, however, suggested that it could land on shelves with a 5.7-inch or larger full HD screen, a quad-core Snapdragon processor inside, 3GB of RAM, and a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back.

Samsung is expected to make the device official on September 4 at the IFA 2013 conference in Berlin, and could start shipping it before the end of the next month. No official confirmation on this has been provided, but all should be unveiled soon, so stay tuned.
