There are only two days left until Samsung Electronics makes the Galaxy Note III smartphone official, and new leaked info on the device is now available online.

What appears to be a leaked photo of a developer unit of the device has made an appearance over at TechKiddy, although it does not offer too many details on the phone’s design.

In fact, as SamMobile notes, developer units are usually meant to hide the looks of a new smartphone, despite the fact that they feature the same hardware internals as the final device version.

Previously, we had the chance to have a look at the front panel of Galaxy Note III, though the actual design of the smartphone will not be unveiled to the world before September 4, it seems.

Unfortunately, no new details on the upcoming large mobile phone have been unveiled to the world, but we already have a pretty good idea regarding the specs and features of the device.

Galaxy Note III is rumored to hit shelves with a 5.68-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display capable of delivering a full HD (1080p) resolution, as well as with a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor inside (an octa-core Exynos version is also expected).

Furthermore, the handset is said to feature 3GB of RAM, 32GB / 64GB of internal memory, microSD memory card slot, and a 3200mAh battery.

Additionally, the mobile phone should pack a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back, front camera for making video calls, and Google’s Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system loaded on top.

Following its official unveiling at IFA 2013 in Berlin, the handset should be put up for pre-order starting with mid-September. Rumor has it that Three UK will launch it on September 16.
