Galaxy Note III, the long rumored upcoming large Android-based smartphone from South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung, has made it online in a new leaked photo, one that provides a clearer view of the handset.

The device in this photo, available courtesy of Techkiddy, is said to be only a prototype of the upcoming Galaxy Note III, one that sports rectangular corners and a squared design.

When made official later this year, the smartphone is expected to sport either an Exynos 5420 chipset or a Snapdragon 800 processor, along with a 5.7-inch Full HD touchscreen display.

The smartphone is also said to be among the first to arrive on the market with 3GB of internal memory, while running under the latest Android release. Galaxy Note III is also rumored with a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back.
