Mobile phone users in Canada who own a Samsung Galaxy Note II smartphone on the network of Wind Mobile or Mobilicity should start receiving notifications on the availability of the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean platform update for them, it seems.

Apparently, some users have already started to receive the software and are reporting successful installations.

The update weighs 226.93MB and arrives on devices with a nice range of enhancements, including the Multi Window feature that has been rolling out to both Galaxy Note II and Galaxy S III devices in the past several months, or support for Chinese language.

Users interested in updating their devices can either wait for the aforementioned notification to pop up, or can head over to Menu > Settings > About device > Software update and check on its availability.
