South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung has expanded the available color options for its Galaxy Note II smartphone, just as rumored last month, and has finally made an official announcement on the matter.

The large Android-based smartphone will arrive on shelves in the company’s homeland market in Amber Brown and Ruby Wine next week, complementing the previously available colors. The S Pen accompanying the phone will also sport matching colors, sammyhub reports.

No specific info on the pricing of the new handset flavors has been provided, but they are expected to cost the same as the already available versions.

Galaxy Note II was launched in the fall of 2012 with a 5.5-inch touchscreen display, a quad-core processor inside, 16GB/32GB internal memory, an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, and front camera for video calling.
