Starting today, mobile phone users in Japan can purchase the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 smartphone from wireless carriers NTT DoCoMo and KDDI.

The mobile phone features a price tag of 90,000 Yen ($917 / €674) over at NTT DoCoMo, while being priced at only 70,000 Yen ($714 / €524) at KDDI.

Samsung made Galaxy Note 3 official back in September, and it brought it to the Japanese market with a 5.7-inch full HD touchscreen display and with a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor inside.

The mobile phone also features 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, and a 13-megapixel camera on the back. Galaxy Note 3 runs under Google’s Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system and sports various exclusive Samsung apps and features.

The device arrives on the market in Japan alongside Galaxy Gear, which is priced at 36,000 Yen ($367 / €269) at both wireless carriers, SamMobile notes.
