Mobile phone users in the United States can now purchase the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 smartphone on the network of Verizon Wireless, and can also benefit from a price cut for the device.

The large handset landed on the operator’s network with a price tag of $299.99 (€221) on contract, but Logic Buy has it at only $209.99 (€155).

Verizon’s customers are also provided with the option to grab the new device on a month-to-month deal, for $699.99 (€515). Galaxy Note 3 can be seen on this page at the wireless carrier.

The smartphone arrives on shelves with a 5.7-inch full HD touchscreen, a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal memory.

It also features a microSD memory card slot, the usual set of connectivity options, a 13-megapixel camera on the back, and front camera for video calling. Galaxy Note 3 runs under Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
