Today, Japanese mobile phone carrier NTT DOCOMO confirmed that they will be adding the new Google phone to their offering, and a flyer from the company has just leaked into the wild showing a photo of the new device, along with a series of specs that it would include when released.

Apparently, the mobile phone will spot the name of Galaxy Nexus, just as was rumored not too long ago, and will be manufactured by Samsung.

The handset is expected to become official as soon as tomorrow, and will bring to the market a new version of Android, one that is called Ice Cream Sandwich.

The mobile phone that can be seen in the leaked flyer (available courtesy of SammyHub) shows the same device as the one in a photo leaked last week.

The upcoming device is expected to hit the shelves with a large 4.7-inch touchscreen display on board, while also packing a fast 1.2GHz dual-core application processor inside.

The screen is a Super AMOLED panel, capable of delivering a 1280 x 720 pixel HD resolution, while the application processor is a Texas Instruments’ OMAP4460 chip.

On the back, the new device will pack a 5-megapixel photo snapper with support for full HD video recording, complemented by a 1.3MP camera on the front, which should prove great when it comes to making video calls.

The specifications list of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Nexus also includes 14.4Mbps HSDPA connectivity, along with dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth capabilities, as well as built-in GPS receiver.

The new mobile phone will also bring along the new Ice Cream Sandwich OS flavor, which was just confirmed as being the Android 4.0 version, and which will bring along appealing new features to devices.

Rumor has it that the new Galaxy Nexus handset will be marketed at NTT DOCOMO under the carrier's NEXT series, and that it will be released sometime in November.
