Although the latest hearsay may have suggested that the Galaxy Nexus will be delayed in the UK, it appears that at least one major retailer will be able to offer the smartphone after all.

The folks over at SoMobile have just been informed by Phones4U that starting tomorrow morning, the retailer's store on Oxford Street (London) will start selling the Galaxy Nexus smartphone.

In addition, Phones4U will offer a free £250 voucher for “free movies, music and film content to enjoy on the handset” to the first 100 customers that purchase the Galaxy Nexus from the retail store.

Galaxy Nexus is available for free from Phones4U, but requires customers to sign two-year agreements from Vodafone or Orange.

The retailers also accepts pre-orders for the Galaxy Nexus, but customers who reserve their devices now will receive it on November 18.
