When made available for purchase on the airwaves of wireless carrier Sprint, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus will sport 32GB of internal memory.

The smartphone was announced only a few days ago at the 2012 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. At that time, the phone’s landing page hinted at 16GB of internal memory.

Apparently, the info on that page was inaccurate, and Sprint was quick on making the necessary corrections, BGR reports. The wireless carrier confirmed that Galaxy Nexus would arrive on its network with 32GB inside.

For the time being, no specific info on when the Galaxy Nexus will hit shelves at Sprint has emerged. However, the carrier’s 4G LTE network won’t be up and running before mid-2012, and the smartphone is most likely slated for release around that timeframe.
