Although rumored for quite some time now, the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 smartphone has yet to make an official appearance, something that might happen as soon as June 20, during the press event that Samsung has already announced for London.

In the meantime, however, we can have a look at a supposedly leaked press shot with the device, available courtesy of SamMobile.

Featuring model number GT-S7270, the mobile phone is expected to be released in 2 flavors, one packing dual-SIM capabilities (GT-S7272), and another without the feature (GT-S7270).

Initially expected to be unveiled to the world during the MWC 2013 show in February, the handset resembles the latest devices in South Korean mobile phone maker’s Galaxy series a lot and should arrive on shelves in three different color flavors, namely Metallic Black, Wine Red, and Pure White.

Expected to become available for purchase sometime in July, the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 is currently said to pack a 4.0-inch TFT touchscreen display capable of delivering a 480 x 800 pixel resolution, along with a 1.0 GHz dual-core processor inside.

Furthermore, the new mobile phone is expected to pack 1 GB of RAM, as well as 4GB of internal memory, and a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 32GB of additional storage space.

The specifications list of Galaxy Ace 3 also includes a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with LED flash, as well as a VGA front camera for making video calls.

Additionally, the handset is expected to land on shelves with Wi-Fi connectivity inside, Bluetooth 4.0, HSDPA 14.4 Mbps, HSUPA 5.76 Mbps, built-in GPS receiver, and a 1500 mAh battery. Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 is expected to measure 121.2×62.7×9.79mm, and to run under Android 4.1.2 / Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, with Samsung’s own Touch-Wiz Nature UX loaded on top.
