Galcon Legends, a galaxy conquest game developed by Phil Hassey and his team, will be arriving on Steam for Linux soon.

The developers initially created Galcon, which is a multiplayer real-time strategy (RTS 2), as part of a Kickstarter campaign. Now, they are going to also release Galcon Legends, a single-player game with the same premise.

Galcon Legends was announced a few months ago as a candidate for Linux, but until recently there have only been Beta updates and no information about the launch platform.

The information about the Linux version is taken from the CDR database and by no means is it completely certain. The CDR Database is a record of data that describes every Steam game and subscription provided by Valve for the Steam service.

Usually, the new entries in the Steam database are first visible in the CDR Database before their official launch.
