A new development version of the GVFS software has been announced on February 5, bringing mostly fixes, translation updates and a new feature.

A new volume monitor for GNOME Online Accounts has been implemented in GVFS 1.15.3, thanks to Debarshi Ray. Moreover, numerous test suite improvements and fixes have been implemented.

GVFS 1.15.3 fixes race condition in Drive tests, tar/zip ArchiveMounter tests, race between do_unmount and on_uevent, the computer volume monitor, and leaked weak reference on monitors. It also implements a proper org.gtk.vfs.MountTracker.UnregisterMount(), used Apache2 binary directly for tests, adapts to new paranoia.h location for CDDA, and replaces deprecated autoconf macros.

Download GVFS 1.15.3 right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a development version and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended for testing purposes only.
