Rapper Daz Dillinger is asking the development team at Rockstar to recall all copies of its Grand Theft Auto V because he is unhappy over the use of two of his songs, “C-Walk” and “Nothin’ But the Cavi Hit.”

The attorney of the musician says that he turned down an offer from developer and publisher to license his tracks and that all copies of the game should be destroyed.

Rockstar and Take Two have 14 days to offer a new deal to rapper Daz Dillinger, according to IGN.

The two companies can probably use a patch to remove the two tracks from the game if a deal is not reached.

GTA V has one of the largest soundtracks in the history of the series and offers a wide variety of music for players to listen to via the in-game stations.
