After the release of Grand Theft Auto 5's multiplayer mode at the beginning of October, and after launching several patches designed to solve issues, Rockstar Games has finally started handing out the GTA Online Stimulus Package, which contains GTA$500,000.

GTA 5 delivered a great single-player experience on the PS3 and Xbox 360 back in September and, on October 1, GTA Online was released into the wild.

Unfortunately, the multiplayer mode had quite a few issues concerning data, often deleting all the progress recorded by a player. In between releasing updates to solve this, Rockstar promised that it would add 500,000 in in-game cash to all players, as a sign of good faith.

Now, after the launch of patch 1.05 for GTA 5, the GTA Online Stimulus Package is being sent to all players around the world.

According to Rockstar's announcement on Newswire, it might take up to two days for the money to enter the virtual accounts, so players shouldn't worry about not getting the money right away.
