GParted Live CD 0.11.0-2 Has Linux kernel 3.1.5 and GRUB2

Steven Shiau, the developer behind the popular Clonezilla Live CD distribution, announced yesterday (December 14th), a new stable release of his GParted Live CD Linux operating system for partitioning tasks.
 
Being powered by Linux kernel 3.1.5 and based on the latest build (14-12-2011) of Debian Sid, the GParted Live CD 0.11.0-2 Linux distribution brings the improved GParted 0.11.0 application.
 
Having GParted 0.11.0 on board, GParted Live CD 0.11.0-2 has now the ability to correctly to display volume labels on EXT2, EXT3, EXT4, NTFS, and BtrFS partitions, the labeling ability for BtrFS partition, and XFS copy to new smaller partitions.
 
Moreover, GParted Live CD 0.11.0-2 also includes ntfs-3g 2011.10.9AR.1-3 and GRUB2.
 
Gparted Live CD is a bare-bones Linux distribution designed to allow users to boot up from a CD or USB and be able to use GParted to manage a system's hard disks.
