The change set for the latest version of GOM Media Player is not rich, but comprises some important notes that show an increased functionality of the application.

Apart from improving playback of uncompressed AVI files, GOM Player 2.1.36 corrects a problem that prevented it from playing some FLV files.

New in this release is a feature that allows default playback window size settings to be applied only when a new instance of the application is launched. Moreover, after changing the subtitle sync settings you will be prompted to save the settings or not.

Additional changes in the application include various minor corrections.

You can update to the latest version of GOM Player straight from the program. If you perform a fresh install, pay attention to the process as GOM Player offers to install third-party software that can change the default search engine and browser home page.
