GOG.com has just announced that its gaming platform now supports Windows 8, with more than 430 titles available for the time being for early adopters of the new OS.

The company promises that more games will be released soon, as more consumers are making the move to Microsoft’s new operating system.

“The result of re-testing and updating our entire catalog is evident now with our official support of Windows 8. Gamers who are looking for a great opportunity to pick up the best games in history on their new OS will surely find something for them in the newly-updated GOG.com catalog,” said Guillaume Rambourg, managing director of GOG.com.

Of course, all games that are currently available for the Windows 7 platform also work on Windows 8 too, so approximately 90 percent of the whole GOG.com catalog is now available for users of the new Microsoft OS.
