While some people were enjoying some well-deserved rest over the holidays, global video game digital distributor Good Old Games made a couple of important updates.

First of all, some good news for Mac users, as they'll be able to play some classic role-playing games now, mainly Infinity engine timeless stuff such as Baldur's Gate: The Original Saga, Baldur's Gate 2 Complete, Icewind Dale Complete, Icewind Dale 2 Complete and Planescape: Torment, as well as Temple of Elemental Evil, another Dungeons & Dragons based classic title.

In addition, all of the above games, as well as many others, have received additional language packs, allowing those who prefer enjoying a more localized flavor in their gaming forays to do so with over 50 new language versions of 15 classic games.

The full list of updated games is on the GOG.com website, and apart from the aforementioned D&D games, Tropico Reloaded, Commandos Ammo Pack, Imperial Glory, Iron Storm, RollerCoaster Tycoon: Deluxe and RollerCoaster Tycoon 2: Triple Thrills Pack are now available in various languages.

The team has re-pledged their commitment to make the games they offer more complete, with Mac compatibility, new language versions and additional bonus content, always being actively involved in expanding their offer, especially as far as the classics are concerned.
