The GNOME Project, through Florian Müllner, has announced that the fourth maintenance release of the stable GNOME Shell user interface for the GNOME 3.10 desktop environment is now available for download.

GNOME Shell 3.10.4 fixes five regressions discovered in the window-tracking functionality implemented in the previous release, 3.10.3, fixes keyboard activation of legacy tray icons, and scales the UI (User Interface) on high-resolution displays.

Various other small bugs were also fixed in this new maintenance release of GNOME Shell 3.10, which also contains updated translations for the Russian, Punjabi, and Assamese languages. More details can be found in the official raw changelog.

The new version can be installed in your Linux distribution using the default Update Manager application, or you can download GNOME Shell 3.10.4 sources right now from Softpedia.
