The GNOME developers unleashed a few days ago the second maintenance release for the GNOME Online Accounts 3.10 package of the GNOME 3.10 desktop environment, as well as the second development version towards the GNOME Online Accounts 3.12 package, which will be part of the upcoming GNOME 3.12 release.

While the GNOME Online Accounts 3.11.2 introduces support for Windows Live mail and support for kernel keyring based Kerberos accounts, the stable release, GNOME Online Accounts 3.10.2 adds better icons for Telepathy accounts, fixes an issue with Windows Live mail, adapts to changes in the redirect URI used by Facebook, and repairs two nasty bugs with Kerberos accounts, which involves a crash the occurred when keyring credentials disappear, and leaking timerfds.

GNOME Online Accounts 3.11.2 also introduces numerous bugfixes, such as a Kerberos crash that occurred when an identity couldn't be looked up, a deadlock in goaalarm on_cancelled, the use of GtkGrid inside show_account, a typo with "initialise" for the en_US translation, miscellaneous string fixes, the famous "add a second Jabber account" error when adding a Facebook or Google account, Kerberos CPU issues,

Moreover, GNOME Online Accounts 3.11.2 adds some debug code to display an inspector, uses enable_telepathy variable, disables GSettings in tp-aw, ignores MSN Telepathy account types, adapts to WebKitGTK 2.1.90 API, adds the OAuth2 scope for CardDAV, no longer queues two temporary accounts for one identity, no longer parses the DOM to detect access_denied, adds locks when setting up timers, avatars can now be set for Telepathy accounts, and sign in errors are now correctly displayed when mistyping the password.

Last but not least, the following translations have been updated in GNOME Online Accounts 3.11.2: Afrikaans, Arabic, Assamese, Basque, Belarusian, Catalan, Catalan (Valencian), Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong), Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), Czech, Danish, Dutch, English (British), Esperanto, Estonian, Finnish, French, Galician, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Indonesian, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian bokmål, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazilian), Punjabi, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Tajik, Turkish, and Ukrainian.
