The third maintenance release of GNOME Documents 3.8, the main document viewer for the GNOME desktop environment, has been released last evening, June 10, 2013, fixing annoying bugs.

Thanks to Debarshi Ray, GNOME Documents 3.8.3 has a single, yet attractive feature, as it can now display thumbnails for Google Documents.

Lots of bugs have been fixed in GNOME Documents 3.8.3, including a crash when trying to search into a document that does not support it, and a hang when going back to overview after disabling a GOA account, while editing or previewing.

Moreover, the user input issue was fixed, forward key events are no longer forwarded to the search bar on error, and <Primary>a is now working in overview.

Also thanks to Debarshi Ray, GNOME Documents now features a manual page. More details can be found in the official release announcement.
