The GNOME Project has announced that another development release towards the GNOME Boxes 3.12 remote and virtual machine management application for the GNOME desktop environment is available for download and testing.

GNOME Boxes 3.11.4 reduces the usage of the clutter-gtk library, no longer lists duplicate media in the wizard, bundles application data with the application binary, using GResource, uses the right CPU architecture for new virtual machines, repairs the handling of ISO9660, and fixes an issue with the virtual machines that did not boot on certain CPUs.

The Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Galician, Greek, Hebrew, Lithuanian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, and Traditional Chinese translations have also been updated in GNOME Boxes 3.11.4., which now requires GTK+ 2.38 or later. For more details, please see the official raw changelog. Download GNOME Boxes 3.11.4 right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a development release and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended to be used for testing purposes only.
