With Monday morning's update that had me all fired up over the many interesting features that I just had to check extensively as a part of my extreme optimization effort I have going on, I completely missed the big news with the 5 GB mark being
skipped over.
I just realized it this morning when I was actually reading the GMail homepage out of boredom. I have now 5104 Mb of Mail storage space to enjoy. Yay! What am I supposed to do with it? Like never before, it hit me that that's just waaaay too much for my current needs.
Of course, I could start sending myself some movies that I shot with my phone, of kids doing silly, crazy things. Man, they just keep going and going! If only they changed the track they get their walk on to! But that's fine, I like it. I even tried it a couple of times and managed to utterly and completely humiliate myself in front of others. I had to pretend to be drunk to get away scot-free.
Umm… what else could I send me? Pictures of people… Luckily or actually unluckily I don't have any kids so far to be happy to annoy others with pictures of them. Jesus, that's a lot of free space! Now really, what am I to do with it? I'm open for suggestions, I really want to be able to send an email to Google asking for more mail space because my email inbox can't take any more. I dream of that day, I really do.
Hey, perhaps I could create a centralized hub for all my mail needs… that should start eating out of the storage space quickly…
