A concept phone with rearrangeable keys

It's quite nice that there's always some talented person out there who comes up with a completely new design or idea for a mobile phone. And because of those people, we've been seeing all kinds of interesting phones that we wouldn't necessarily use, but do like to look at and admire.

Such is the case of the GMEA phone that is being described as "the first ever real game phone". Now, if you're expecting something close to an N-Gage or a Nintendo DS, you'll be slightly disappointed, because that's not what the phone is like.

In fact, the games are not included in the mobile phone, it's more like the phone is actually the game.

Basically, the concept phone's keypad is interactive and the buttons can be moved around. It works in the same way as the fifteen puzzle, where the goal of the game is to rearrange the order of the numbers 1 through 15 by sliding one number square at a time into the empty space.

Just so that you don't forget where each key's right spot is, the right positions are marked underneath so that you can move them back to their original place. Apart from this special 'ability' this phone has that can probably keep you busy for hours and hours, it comes in a slim case and looks pretty good too.

The GMEA phone was created by Russian designer Dima Komissarov and it will probably be only a concept for quite a while. But it would be very interesting if a manufacturer would want to offer this phone to the public. As for 'GMEA'-the phone's name, it probably means the first ever real game phone in Russian.
