Starting today, users in the UK can pre-order the Samsung GALAXY S 4 smartphone from all major wireless carriers in the country, in addition to being able to reserve it via third-party retailers.

EE, O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone UK have all announced the pre-order availability of the device, after wireless carrier Three UK made a similar move.

At EE, the handset is available starting at £19.99 on a £76 per month plan that includes 20GB of data, while O2 offers it starting at £0 on a £52 per month plan. A £47 per month option is also available, the same as at Vodafone, with the device listed as free.

Orange has the device listed at £19.99 on a £51 monthly plan, while T-Mobile asks the same upfront price for it, but on the £61 plan. As reported earlier, Carphone Warehouse also started taking pre-orders for the smartphone.
