GALAXY Nexus, the latest Google phone, is now official and headed for the market sometime in November, when it should land in the various markets around the world, including the US.

Samsung and Google already put up registration pages for the new device, and users in the US can already head over to the handset vendor's website to leave their name and email address to receive info on the phone's availability.

What's interesting though is the fact that Samsung lists a number of 7 carriers in the US as possible options for those interested in the new device.

Previous rumors suggested that Verizon Wireless would be the only carrier in the United States to receive the high-end smartphone, but chances are that it may actually benefit from wider availability.

However, since nothing has been officially confirmed on the matter, it remains to be seen which carriers will be getting the smartphone, and which models will land on their networks.
