Fuse may be out at the end of the month but developer Insomniac Games has already posted a launch trailer for the game, showing off its great blend of cooperative shooter mechanics.

Fuse is Insomniac's first multi-platform release, with the game coming to both the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360.

A demo for the cooperative third-person shooter came out earlier this month and now Fuse has received a launch trailer that depicts quite a lot of footage from the new title.

As you can see above, Fuse focuses on the four agents of team Overstrike, each wielding different weapons or gadgets powered by a mysterious alien substance known only as Fuse.

Unfortunately, that dangerous substance has been stolen by mercenaries and it's up to Overstrike to get it back.

Check out the impressive video above and look forward to Fuse's release on May 28 in North America, and May 31 in Europe, for PS3 and Xbox 360.
