It should be sturdier and should offer better haptic feedback

Sometimes companies launch new products to reel in customers, and other times they upgrade existing ones. Func has just done the latter to the MS-3 mouse.

The Func MS-2 Revision 2 has been introduced, and the news is bittersweet.

The mouse has been improved, sure enough, but the price has gone up down as well, from $79.95 / €58.32 to $59.95 / €43.72.

Oh well, such is the price of quality I suppose, and Func did, indeed, improve some things.

The firmware has been refined, for one, and the Settings Software has been given a firmware upgrade tool, which will relay information to Func on how to further improve the peripheral.

As for physical changes, the mechanical switches of the left and right buttons have been changed, and the cord attachment has been reinforced. Finally, the scroll wheel has a better construction now.

Update Feb 19: Turns out the price actually went down, not up.
