Among the handsets that Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation is expected to bring to the market in the near future, we can count the HTC Rider, which leaked into the wild not too long ago, and which should arrive on shelves in Europe and Asia.

The yet unannounced device, which made an appearance into the wild a few weeks ago, has just got its ROM leaked into the wild via 911Sniper, and all of the hardware specs it would arrive with were exposed.

The mobile phone should be released with specification similar to those of EVO 3D, basically being the European flavor of this device, is seems.

Among the hardware that it would pack inside, we can count the Qualcomm MSM8660 platform, which features dual Scorpion 1.2GHz application processors, along with the Adreno 220 GPU.

Moreover, the new device is expected to arrive on shelves with 1GB of RAM, which would increase its power even more.

Apparently, the device would arrive with a dual core aSMP design, which would enable it to run each of its cores at different clock speed/voltage, for an efficient power usage.

The HTC Rider would also arrive on the market with a 4.3-inch touchscreen display that would boast a qHD (960 x 540 pixels) resolution, along with full support for 3D content.

The phone's eight-megapixels rear photo snapper would support dual mode 2D/3D, so that users would record high-quality content. Full-HD 1080p recording and playback capabilities were included in the mix. On the front, the device comes with 1.3-megapixels in 2D, for video calling.

The specifications list of the new device would also include a support for CDMA and 1700 / 1900 / 2100 AWS bands, as well as Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, WiMAX, and Bluetooth 3.0 capabilities.

What remains to be seen is why the handset vendor chose to pack it with WiMAX capabilities in addition to global 3G connectivity. According to reports, the handset might be called HTC X515E, and is expected to make an appearance on shelves at Korea Telecom.
