HTC's smartphone aimed at women should be out on the market soon

HTC Bliss made it to the headlines quite a few times before, and the handset is once again in the spotlight, as the full list of specifications it will arrive on the market with has just emerged.

The yet-unannounced mobile phone is expected to hit the market as a device aimed mainly at women, at least this is what some of the previous reports on it suggested.

Apparently, things might be indeed this way, especially since the handset is now said to arrive on shelves with a special, “charm indicator” accessory included in the box.

No specific info on what this might be all about has emerged until now, but the said accessory will be included in the box along with a microUSB cable, an 8GB microSD card, headset, AC adapter, the quick start guide, and a pouch.

The content of the retail package should not surprise any one, since most handsets from HTC usually come with about the same items included into the mix, except for the charm indicator, of course, and the same can be said about the phone's specs list.

HTC Bliss is expected to arrive on the market with a 3.7-inch Super LCD touchscreen display that should deliver an 800 x 480 pixels resolution, and it is said to pack a fast application processor too, though it might not be a dual-core.

Moreover, the new mobile phone should pack tri-band 14.4Mbps HSPA, WiFi single-band 802.11n, and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity capabilities, as well as 3.5mm headphone jack, built-in GPS receiver, and the usual set of sensors.

HTC Bliss is also said to sport a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with auto focus and support for 720p video recording, along with a front-facing camera for video calling.

These are the specs for the European flavor of the handset, but, if it arrives in the US too, it should offer about the same capabilities, that's for sure. We should also note that the HTC Bliss has leaked as an Android-based device.
