Full-Cover EK Waterblock Made for ASUS MATRIX 7970 Graphics Card

EK continues to launch water cooling products for PC gaming hardware. The other day, it released waterblocks for NVIDIA Quadro and Tesla Cards, now it has something for an AMD gaming adapter.

The graphics card in question is part of ASUS' Republic of Gamers series and is called MATRIX 7970.

Here, some will say that isn't enough information, since there are two of those adapters: MATRIX-HD7970-P-3GD5 and regular MATRIX-HD7970-3GD5 Platinum.

As it happens, EK's waterblock, called EK-FC7970 MATRIX, works on both.

It cools the graphics processor, the memory chips and even the VRM (voltage regulation module).

Sales will start next month (February 2013), which should also be the ETA (estimated time of arrival) for a nice set of press shots. Until then, delight yourselves by looking at the normal visage of the MATRIX card.
