A Core i5 central processing unit powers an 11.6-inch slate

Fujitsu's Stylistic Q702 is one of the Windows 8 tablets included in the product brief released alongside the Atom Z2760 CPU, but it does not, in fact, use that Clover Trail unit.

Instead, the tablet is based on an Intel Core i5 vPro chip and, to make sure it can't easily be mistaken for a normal tablet, insofar as Windows 8 Intel slates are normal these days, the Q702 has an 11.6-inch display.

It is still very much a tablet and not a convertible, however, though it does ship with an optional, attachable keyboard dock.

4G/LTE broadband support can be had as well, or will be once Fujitsu starts shipping the half-detailed device, next month (October 2012).

Speaking of which, the company didn't go into tedious hardware details, promising only that the Stylistic Q702 could match the performance needed by mobile professionals. The battery life is of 9 hours.
