The highly-acclaimed Frozen Synapse turn-based asynchronous shooter for PC will be launched on iPad next month.

According to Eurogamer, developer Mode 7 Games has confirmed that its title will be published on App Store on May 16. Android gamers will have to wait a bit longer, but a version for Google platform is definitely coming very soon.

There’s no word on price yet, but it won’t come as a surprise if it is available for free on Google Play store. As for the iPad version, Managing Director Paul Taylor has confirmed that it will be “competitive.”

“Cross-platform play between iOS, Android and desktop versions is definitely happening. You will be able to start matches on one device then take your subsequent turns on any other device,” concluded Taylor. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
