Projector, hard disk, 7 mega pixel digital camera, motion and face detection sensor, horizontal display… all these included into cell phones.

From the series "another day, another gadget included to the cell phone", Samsung Electronics presented the SPH-V6500 and SCH-V650 phones which are noticed by the possibility of viewing documents and images directly on the cell phone. These phones are not part of the smart phone category, since they don't have Windows Mobile or Symbian OS installed on them.

These phones are aimed at the business segment and especially at those business men who desire a simpler yet effective solution of consulting different documents (.Doc, .TXT or .PDF) even if they're not at the office.

The information can be downloaded directly onto the cell phone in the original format through a PC connection. The computer works as an external storing device. The models proposed by Samsung allow the viewing of files created in Microsoft Word and Excel, but also of PDF, JPG and TXT files.

The phones include a digital camera of 1.3 mega pixels and a color LCD with 16 million colors. Moreover, Samsung provided these models with the remote control function which is able to replace the universal remote used for controlling the air conditioning, computer, TV set, DVD or video.
