If you happen to count yourself among those daredevils who love and adore sampling odd dishes, you might want to take a few days off work and visit the Orbi Yokohama nature museum in Tokyo, Japan.

Just days from now, the museum will officially become the host of an exhibition showcasing several dozen poisonous animals from all around the world. However, it's not this Deadly Poison Exhibition that is making headlines.

Instead, what caught internauts' attention is the bizarre frog burger the Orbi Yokohama nature museum created especially for guys and gals who dare visit the Deadly Poison Exhibition.

There's an actual frog in this burger

When first hearing about a frog burger, some might be tempted to imagine a regular beef burger shaped to look like a frog. Unfortunately, this is not the case with this latest dish to come out of Japan.

No, Sir, the Orbi Yokohama nature museum's frog burger is an actual deep-fried frog snuggled between two buns as black as charcoal. Heck, the burger comes complete with frog legs dangling on one side.

The frog burger's creators reassure that, although the Deadly Poison Exhibition features venomous and lethal animals, there is nothing dangerous about the snack that goes with it, BuzzFeed reports.

On the contrary, rumor has it that the deep-fried frog is pleasantly crunchy and quite tasty. In fact, it kind of, sort of tastes like chicken. As for the buns, they are just like regular ones except for the fact that they are, well, black.

Apparently, the Orbi Yokohama nature museum also serves a so-called Frog Egg Sweet dish. Fear not, this other delicacy, pictured below, is made from jelly. Apart from its appearance, there is nothing off about it.

So, how much for the frog burger?

If you're actually considering flying to Japan just to have a taste of a frog burger, you should know that the dish sells for a little over $8 (roughly €7). Considering its uniqueness, this price tag is perfectly acceptable.

In case anyone was wondering, actually visiting the Deadly Poison Exhibition will cost you another $5 (nearly €5). Might as well have another burger instead, right?
