Symantec announced a few days ago that its security products are now fully prepared to protect Windows 8 users, so it now introduced its first app on Windows Store.

Norton Studio, however, isn’t a security product per se, but an interface that allows users to view, manage and explore Norton products in the cloud. What’s more, you can check the Norton security software on various computers from a Windows 8 computer.

The app is available for free, so clicking on this link from a Windows 8 machine lets you give it a spin in a second.

In the meantime however, it’s worth mentioning that Norton Antivirus, Norton Internet Security and Norton 360 have been optimized for Windows 8, just in time for the official debut of the new operating system.
