Through MySpace

The famous social network MySpace announced that it has reached an agreement with Oberon Media to create a special channel on its website in order to allow registered users to play single and multiplayer games online. Moreover, the MySpace members will have the possibility to customize their profiles with game information as well as inviting other users to play games on MySpace. The games will also include communication features provided by an in-built chat which will enable the consumers to communicate without leaving the game. The gaming platform is set to be released in the first months of 2008.

The MySpace social network grew up a lot in the recent period using several moves which are supposed to help the website compete with its rivals. In comparison with MySpace, Facebook, the main rival, brought a lot of features to the website, becoming one of the most visited social networks on the Internet.
