Free Messaging Phones from AT&T for Valentine's Day

AT&T is yet another wireless carrier in the US getting ready to deliver special offers to its customers for the almost here Valentine's Day. According to the company, its users can get a free phone on a contract upon the purchase of a smartphone. In time for this year's Valentine's Day, AT&T enables all those who acquire a new smartphone on a voice plan and qualifying data plan the possibility to get a free quick messaging device after mail-in rebate and after the signing of a two-year contract agreement.

At the same time, AT&T also announced that its customers could choose from a series of applications that would enable them to navigate through the “land of love” in the carrier’s content and multimedia store, not to mention other offers. “While flowers, chocolates and cards may never go out of style, one of the fastest and most fashionable ways to say “I love you” is sealed with a text like “143” – the number 143 because “I” has one letter, “love” has four letters and the “you” has three,” the wireless carrier notes.

The phones that can be purchased for free, after mail-in rebate and a new contract agreement are the Samsung Flight and Pantech Impact, AT&T says. The former comes in a vertical sliding form factor, sports a full QWERTY keyboard, and a touchscreen that enable its use with one hand. As for the latter, it comes with an OLED touchscreen display that enables fast messaging, while also including a full physical keyboard upon side flipping the device. 3G functionality, Internet navigation and two color options, pink and blue, are other features of the Pantech Impact.
