Microsoft is making it extremely simple for customers embracing its latest unified communication offerings to get the necessary training resources.
The Microsoft Lync 2010 Training Download Package is available from the software giant, a sort of an all-in-one collection of content set up to get
Lync 2010 adopters up and running as quickly as possible.
The Lync 2010 Training Download Package is available free of charge through the
Microsoft Download Center.
What customers get is a 74MB .ZIP archive which they can unpack in order to get all the Lync 2010 goodies inside.
“The Lync Training Download Package contains all of the available training and user education resources for Lync. The training strategy and resources that offer the best return on investment vary depending on the user profile and the product features deployed in your organization,” the software giant said.
“The Lync Training Plans workbook included with this download package helps you understand the available user education and training resources and recommendations for use so that you can make informed decisions about training strategies.”
The Free Lync 2010 Training Download Package is a comprehensive collection of content which Lync customers are bound to find very helpful.
Just browsing through the resources packed inside the download reveals that the Redmond company is offering training for scenarios involving: collaboration, conferencing, group chat, IM and presence, interoperability, voice and video, troubleshooting, but also so much more.
