14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft has just revealed the latest free game offered to its Xbox Live Gold members via the Games with Gold initiative, in the form of Halo 3.
The Games with Gold promotion was revealed to the world back at E3 2013 this summer, when Microsoft promised to deliver lots of free titles to its Gold subscribers from around the world.
Among those headliner games was Halo 3, the classic first-person shooter made by Bungie and Microsoft for the Xbox 360.
After a lengthy wait and a series of other free games, Halo 3 can finally be downloaded for free by Gold subscribers via Xbox Live from today, October 16, until the end of the month, when it will be replaced by another title.
The Games with Gold promotion is set to continue until the end of the year.
