Valencia will not have an easy match tonight, against AS Roma. The Spanish side will host the leaders of Group D and the clash is announcing to be a very difficult one. And that's not only because Roma scored 8 goals in its last 3 matches, but because the team's captain will turn 30.

Francesco Totti entered his last years in football today, when he turned 30. Still, the Romanista prefers not to talk about it too much, especially since the Valencia clash is an important one for his side. "I want to celebrate
after the match, not before
", said El Capitano in an interview for Gazzetta dello Sport.

"It would be nice to offer my teammates a drink and celebrate a win on our way back from Valencia. I wanted to bring Ilary (wife) and my son (Cristian) with me, but it's not worth it. It's just a match. Either way, I will celebrate my anniversary at home after coming back to Rome".

"Spain brought me luck in the past. I remember coming to Valencia 3 years ago and winning the match. I played great that game and even scored. It was a pity the win proved to be insufficient to qualify for the next round. This time, I don't want to score, I just want my team to go into the next round", said Totti.

As for the question all the Azzurri fans have on their lips - will he come back to play for Italy? - he answered: "When I look into the calendar and I see I'm 30 years old, I'm really starting to feel that way. I have a great wife and a son; what more could I ask. I'm lucky to have such a family. When I look at them, I feel older already".

He also gave the Roma fans a boost: "It would be nice to win the Scudetto this year. I won't have too many chances of wrapping another one in the future. I am happy that I made this commitment with Roma and I'll never leave this club. I could have done it in the past, but refused every time. And I'm proud of myself. Roma is the best choice I could have made in my career", concluded the Romanista.
