14 DAY TRIAL // According to step-mother Dina Eastwood, Francesca Eastwood’s Las Vegas wedding to Jonah Hill’s brother Jordan Feldstein was no PR stunt but rather an adrenaline junkie’s way of doing something rad. Dina has also confirmed that Francesca and Jordan are getting an annulment.
Word got out the other day that the two were married in Vegas the weekend before, with many reports saying that they were absolutely drunk when they decided they wanted to get hitched at one of the many chapels in Sin City, complete with an Elvis Presley impersonator no less.
Others also said that Francesca did it as a PR stunt, to get herself back in the headlines now that she’s no longer dating shock photographer Tyler Shields and they no longer get media attention for their outrageous stunts, one of which included burning an original Hermes Birkin bag estimated at $100,000 (€73,795) during a photoshoot.
Nothing could be farther from the truth, Dina insists during an appearance on Bethenny, as this video here will confirm. If anything, Francesca married because she’s an adrenaline junkie.
“She’s an adrenaline junkie. She’s a lovely, smart, amazing person who will do a goof off at a whim. No, goodness, no PR stunt oh gosh. All the Eastwood children are out of the spotlight, don’t like to do stuff,” she says.
“Francesca would actually do something like that thinking that no one would ever find out. They don’t get that they are tied to Clint Eastwood or that they have a little bit of success on their own. So she calls me and says, ‘I didn’t think anyone would find out.’ Are you [expletive]-ing me? Like what are you doing? Get home,” Dina explains.
As for whether Francesca and Jordan were drunk at the time they got hitched, Dina can’t say for sure.
“She says no drinking but she’s 20 so of course she tells her step-mom no drinking. What are you thinking? Probably, let’s go have a fun day. I don’t know what you’re thinking but I am going to find out this week I hope. I do think annulment, yes, is occurring as we sit on the couch,” she says.
Dina was married until not long ago to Francesca’s father, iconic actor and director Clint Eastwood. She was the one to file for divorce but, based on this interview, she and his daughter are still close.
