Windows 8 is on track for general availability by the end of 2012, although Microsoft has yet to confirm a specific deadline for the commercial launch, but the company has already started offering training content.

It’s the case of the “BELUX - Framing Windows 8 with the Flexible Workstyle pitch” session on the Partner Learning Center.

There’s no real use in checking out the link unless you’re a member of the Microsoft Partner Network, because access is restricted.

As far as I can tell, the training is handled by the Microsoft Partner Network BeLux team, which has been providing a variety of additional sessions on the Microsoft Partner Network.

There’s no way of telling even whether or not the session is already live, or at which point it will be available, if it cannot be accessed yet.

“During the session we will talk about and quantify the opportunities that come when customers move to a modern workspace. We will introduce the new “Flexible Workstyle” concept and discussion framework. How to handle their most common objections, how to motivate them to move to a modern environment and show the benefits,” reads an excerpt from the session’s description.

“You will get an early insight in what the impact is of the “Windows Build” conference announcements and how this will affect your customers. We will share roadmaps and help you understand how this can work for you to facilitate customer conversations.”

At BUILD Microsoft will deliver the first deep insight into Windows 8, the successor of Windows 7. Scheduled mid-September 2011, just a couple of weeks away, BUILD will be a Windows 8-centric event, and there’s bound to be some impact on Microsoft Partners dealing with Windows, as well as on the company’s customers.

If you’re a member of the Microsoft Partner Network you can always check out additional details about the Framing Windows 8 with the Flexible Workstyle Pitch session, and maybe even share some with the rest of the users.
