Loveshack brings innovative gameplay with a noir twist in puzzle game Framed, scheduled for release some time in 2014.

Framed is a narrative-based puzzle game for Mac, PC and tablets, where the action takes place in a stylish noir comic setting, players being presented with a storyboard and having to rearrange comic panels in order to change the direction the story takes.

The title is in development by three former members of Real Racing developer Firemint, who started their own indie studio, Loveshack Entertainment, as CVG reports.

Framed is one of a number of titles funded by Screen Australia, an Australian Federal Government funding body for the Australian screen production industry, promoting the development of highly creative and innovative ventures.

Now, Framed just got a new trailer, offering a glimpse at how the game's panel switching mechanic works.
