Today, UK wireless carrier Three has announced the immediate availability of Apple’s fourth-generation iPad model with Wi-Fi + Cellular connectivity capabilities packed inside.

Moreover, the wireless carrier has announced that it will also make the new iPad mini with Wi-Fi + Cellular data available for its customers in the not too distant future.

Users interested in grabbing any of the two devices will be able to do so on a range of attractive data plans, the wireless carrier said.

Both tablet PCs from Apple will enjoy connectivity on Three UK’s ultrafast network with realistic speeds of up to 12 Mbps, the wireless services provider announced.

“The fourth generation iPad features a gorgeous 9.7-inch Retina display, new Apple-designed A6X chip, FaceTime HD camera and ultrafast wireless performance,” Three UK notes.

“iPad mini is a completely new iPad design that is 23 percent thinner and 53 percent lighter than the third generation iPad, features a stunning 7.9-inch Multi-Touch display, FaceTime HD and 5 megapixel iSight cameras.”

The smaller iPad version also comes with great wireless performance capabilities, while providing users with up to 10 hours of battery life.

“Both fourth generation iPad and iPad mini come with iOS 6, the world’s most advanced mobile operating system with over 200 new features,” Three UK also notes.

Three UK customers interested in taking advantage of the features and capabilities of these Apple devices will have to head over to the wireless carrier’s retail locations to make a purchase.

The fourth-generation Apple iPad with Wi-Fi and Cellular data (with 16GB of internal memory) is available at Three UK at £99 on monthly plans starting at £29 per month. It is also available on 1-month plans of £7.5 and £15, priced at £499.

Additional info on the plans available for the tablet can be found on the carrier’s website.
