The team behind Foursquare popular application for mobile phones has just released a new update that promises to bring back one of the most missed feature.

Although Foursquare received a major update last month, some of the features available in previous versions were skipped, such as the ability to switch between nearby check-ins and all activity.

However, developers have been listening to user feedback and decided it was time to bring back this feature via a minor update.

With the latest version of Foursquare, BlackBerry users will be able to tap the friends icon in order to switch between the two views.

It is also worth mentioning that the update also includes small design tweaks, performance improvements and some bug fixes.

For the time being, the update is only available for BlackBerry and iOS devices, but devs have promised that Android users will receive the update as well.
