A new flavor of the Foursquare for Android application is now available for download for the owners of Android 2.1 and newer devices, namely version 2012.12.12.
The new
application release arrives on devices with enhancements that should make users’ experience more pleasant when it comes to finding info on places they want to visit.
Following the update, users will see the most important stuff on a place they want to go to when tapping through the app, including rating, address, hours, menu, and phone number.
Furthermore, the app will provide info on popular tips related to the place when checking it, while also informing users on who else is there.
Another change in the new app version is the inclusion of big, swipeable photos at the top, which should enable users to understand the place better.
